The Brain Injury Association of Tennessee is seeking a full time executive director to manage business and program operations, focusing on sustainable funding and program implementation. The executive director will also represent the association’s interest within the brain injury/disability and legislative communities.

Applicant will possess a master’s degree in a healthcare related field or a bachelor’s degree in a healthcare related field with applicable experience. Applicants will also possess a minimum of five years experience in the brain injury/disability community, excellent written and oral communication skills, creativity, and successful experience in fundraising, grant-writing and organizational and project management. Knowledge of and/or experience with traumatic brain injury is preferred.

This is a full-time contract position. Funding is secure for one year. The salary range is from $ 35,000 to $ 50,000 per contract year, depending on experience and qualifications.
