Richard Pimentel set out to change people’s perceptions toward the people with disabilities and ultimately became one of the primary activists behind the Americans with Disabilities Act. In discovering his music, Richard has helped improve the employment opportunities of persons with disabilities across the world, including his own.

He will share some of his life story (soon to be told in the movie, The Music Within, http://www.musicwithinmovie.com/) as he focuses on leadership not by what we know, but rather by who we are and what we do. With every interaction, we have the opportunity to inspire belief, action, and change. This presentation will inspire listeners to tap into their own music within to make a difference and to build a legacy for the future.
