Pathfinder Poster with Program InformationTennessee Disability Pathfinder is a tool that helps to connect the Tennessee disability community with service providers. Pathfinder has phone, web, and print resources in English and Spanish. Referral services, free of cost, are provided to individuals with disabilities, family members, service providers, and advocates.


Pathfinder’s
goal is to make it easy for families to find the disability information they need. Families are encouraged to recommend additions or changes, or contact the Pathfinder team if they have difficulty finding information.
