Why appeal? It could be the difference between:
1. Nursing services that a person currently has or nothing at all -
2. Getting 12 hours a day or 2 hours of nursing services
You care deeply about your patients or your family members. This is the time to show up. Even though we will specifically address appealing cuts in nursing services, the TennCare appeal rights and process is the same for other medical services. Come an learn from experts about how to file appeals.
If you want to attend, I must hear from you by email. Email Tony Garr at tgarr@thcc2.org and let me know if you are a patient, family member, nurse, social worker, lawyer, etc. If you have any questions, ask them via email.
