Town Hall Forum on Digital TV Transition

FCC Commissioner Deborah Tate will hold a Town Hall meeting at the University of Tennessee to discuss and answer questions about the transition to digital television next year.  This change is expected to be most difficult for seniors, some people with disabilities, low-income populations.
