By providing your mobile phone number to the Tennessee Disability Coalition (TDC) or changing the phone number associated with your use of the Services, you agree to TDC’s Mobile Terms of Service below. Capitalized terms used in these Mobile Terms of Service are defined in the Privacy Policy.
You consent to accept and receive calls and text and SMS messages from TDC to the phonenumber you provide to us when you become a User or update the contact information associated with your use of Services. Your phone number will be used for customer communications, and may be used for fraud prevention and account security. The frequency ofsuch communications may vary.
Message and data rates applied by your cell phone carrier may apply to the text and SMS messages we send you, and neither TDC nor your cell phone carrier is liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You may opt-out of text and SMS messages by replying “STOP.” You acknowledge that optingout of receiving Notices may impact your use of the Services.
