Our Board of Directors
The Tennessee Disability Coalition is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by our membership. The Board provides strategic leadership, helps guide the organization’s mission and priorities, and supports our work to advance the rights, independence, and inclusion of people with disabilities across Tennessee.
Our Board reflects the diversity of Tennessee and includes individuals from across the state’s three Grand Divisions. We are led by Tennesseans with lived disability experience, as well as professionals and community leaders who are committed to disability advocacy and systems change.
Board members serve three-year terms and meet regularly throughout the year, with both in-person and virtual participation options available. Directors volunteer their time and expertise to help shape the Coalition’s future and strengthen our impact statewide.
