Department of Defense TBI Center of Excellence

TBICoE Mission: As the TBI Pathway of Care manager within the Military Health System, the Traumatic Brain Injury Center of Excellence promotes state-of-the-science care from point-of-injury to reintegration for service members, veterans, and their families to prevent and mitigate consequences of mild to severe TBI. TBICoE is a congressionally mandated collaboration of the Departments of Defense and Veterans Affairs and was formerly known as the Defense and Veterans Brain Injury Center (DVBIC).
